Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements related to Salesforce implementation and customization.

Design scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

Lead the implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Customize Salesforce applications by configuring workflows, process automation, user interfaces, and data models.

Design, code, test, implement and maintain secure and scalable software applications, as well as ensure the software is working efficiently.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience working with Salesforce platform.

Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Voice, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects from concept to completion.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including configuration, customization, integration, and data management.

Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to design innovative solutions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
