Responsibilities
Translating business problems into technical solutions
Document technical design solutions based on client requirements
Developing Cloud Based Solutions using the Salesforce.com framework: Javascript, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
Developing APIs to and from other systems: RESTful APIs to other systems.
Using the Salesforce declarative functions to build workflow processes.
Work closely with other developers and business analysts.
Work closely with many of our clients.
Guide and mentor junior resources

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or equivalent experience
Has a passion for software development.
Is eager to learn both new technical skills and industry knowledge.
Is comfortable working in a consulting environment and interfacing with customers
Can shift nimbly to manage multiple priorities.
Ideally has experience in Salesforce front-end development, Apex, Lightning Web Component development, integrations, process and flows, and current SFDC UI options.
Prior experience working with modern databases is needed.
Must have prior development experience in Java, C#, or other object-oriented programming languages.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must display all of Northteq’s core values.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate status appropriately and timely.
Ability to persuade and influence others on project and software options and approaches.
Must have 2+ years’ experience in one of the following areas: Equipment finance, leasing or general commercial lending experience; Business analyst or consulting experience; Salesforce experience; Software implementation experience.
Preferred
Salesforce Developer I/II certification is desired, but not required if you can show significant experience in Salesforce development, or extensive experience in OOP/web programming and a passion for learning SFDC.
Experience in the lending or finance industry a plus.
