Responsibilities
Minimum of 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 1 year specifically focused on nCino Bank Operating System Application.
Proficient in Apex programming, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Ability to create and manage robust, scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Hands-on experience configuring nCino UI, including UI Groups, Routes, and Screens.
Knowledge in configuring product catalogs, product packages, entities involvement, exposure, collateral management, and covenants.
Deep understanding of nCino’s Loan Origination processes and Core Banking Services (Deposits, Lending, Digital Banking).
In-depth understanding of commercial or business banking processes, including the end-to-end credit cycle.
Ability to participate in business architecture design sessions and facilitate discussions on requirements and solution architecture.
Capable of developing high-level designs based on business requirements, creating prototypes, and demonstrating solution approaches.
Skilled in implementing no-code solutions using Salesforce configurations (e.g., Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules).
Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
