Responsibilities
Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration
Responsible for development process improvement and removing impediments
Contribute to development tasks such as coding and feature verifications
Coach and mentor team leads through technical and nontechnical challenges

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
6+ years of experience in software development
Experience leading a team
Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories, design patterns, and object-oriented software design
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM platform
Preferred
Salesforce certifications
Experience with developing using Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and integrations with third parties
Proven advocate for best practices in software design and development
Desire to be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment
