Responsibilities

Lead the development, and deployment of Salesforce-DocuSign integration projects.

Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for Salesforce and DocuSign solutions.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers, DocuSign specialists, and other technical staff.

Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and guide the team in problem-solving and best practices.

Implement solutions that streamline document workflows, automate processes, and support secure, compliant e-signature functionality.

Implement data management best practices for document storage, version control, and compliance with data security standards.

Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to the integration and usage of Salesforce and DocuSign.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.

Required

6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.

2+ years of hands-on experience with DocuSign or other e-signature solutions.

Proven experience leading technical projects and teams in an Agile environment.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs).

Proficiency with DocuSign API, configuration, and integration best practices.

Experience with CI/CD, version control, and deployment management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect)

DocuSign certifications (DocuSign Administrator or DocuSign for Salesforce Specialist)
