Responsibilities
Email Campaign Management : Lead the design, development, and optimization of email templates, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s capabilities to build dynamic and personalized content.
Technical Expertise : Work with JavaScript, AMPscript, and HTML to build robust email solutions that meet the complex needs of four distinct brands.
Workflow Automation : Create and manage automation workflows for various marketing functions, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy across multiple brands.
Solution Recommendations : Provide expert advice and technical recommendations for email marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and new features to drive engagement.
Cross-Brand Management : Implement and manage scalable email solutions that can be customized and deployed across multiple brands while maintaining consistency and best practices.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Quickly and effectively troubleshoot email-related issues, from rendering issues to delivery problems, ensuring high-quality campaigns are delivered on time.
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of email marketing strategies with other marketing initiatives and platforms.
Documentation & Reporting : Develop clear documentation for technical workflows, solutions, and best practices. Provide regular reports on email performance and optimizations.
Training & Knowledge Sharing : Mentor junior team members and provide training on best practices, tools, and technical processes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Required
Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Developer, or Administrator with at least 3-5 years of experience specifically in email marketing management
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), particularly in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder
Proficiency in email templating (HTML/CSS), AMPscript, and JavaScript for dynamic content generation and personalization
Strong experience in managing workflow automation and complex email campaign logic within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Ability to manage and maintain email solutions across multiple brands with distinct needs while ensuring alignment with the overall brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and fixing issues in email processes, delivering new features, and improving existing workflows
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and write comprehensive documentation
Ability to recommend and implement best practices for email campaigns, ensuring they meet performance metrics and KPIs
Experience with Salesforce CRM integration and utilizing Salesforce Data Extensions, Audience Builder, and other relevant features
Preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant)
Familiarity with integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms (e.g., CRM, third-party data sources)
Experience with A/B testing and optimization for email campaigns
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and strategies to avoid spam filters
