Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement complex marketing automation solutions using SFMC/Marketing Cloud

Create and maintain AMPscript and SQL queries for dynamic content personalization

Develop custom Journey Builder activities and automation scripts

Build and optimize email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript

Configure and maintain data extensions, synchronization, and integration processes

Implement tracking and reporting solutions for marketing campaigns

Collaborate with marketing teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions

Ensure deliverability best practices and maintain email sender reputation

Document technical processes and maintain development standards
