Responsibilities
Design and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to connect Salesforce with various third-party applications and services.
Develop API-led integration strategies, including the design of APIs, flows, and services.
Build reusable, scalable, and robust integration components and APIs in MuleSoft for use across multiple systems.
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to support integration efforts.
Work with Salesforce data models (objects, records, fields) to design APIs and integration points with MuleSoft.
Develop and manage RESTful and SOAP APIs using MuleSoft, ensuring seamless communication between Salesforce and other internal/external systems.
Design, implement, and manage API security and access control policies in MuleSoft Anypoint.
Provide API versioning and governance as part of integration lifecycle management.
Design and develop complex data transformation processes between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft DataWeave.
Use MuleSoft connectors to integrate data with systems such as ERPs, CRMs, databases, legacy systems, and other cloud applications.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing of MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce customizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce admins, developers, and architects, to ensure end-to-end system integration.
Document integration designs, processes, and workflows for internal teams and clients.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
2+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange, Anypoint Management Center).
Strong knowledge of MuleSoft connectors, DataWeave, and API-led connectivity principles.
Experience integrating Salesforce with various systems (ERPs, CRMs, third-party applications) using MuleSoft.
Familiarity with Salesforce’s native integration tools, including Salesforce Connect, External Services, and Platform Events.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (required).
MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (required).
Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Design Center, and Anypoint Management Console.
Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
Strong understanding of data formats like JSON, XML, and CSV.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Preferred
MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 2 (preferred).
Additional Salesforce or MuleSoft certifications (e.g., Salesforce Integration Architecture, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) for MuleSoft deployments.
