Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce environment to meet evolving business needs.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy, implementing best practices for data governance, access, and security.
Identify and implement automation processes to streamline workflows, improve team efficiency, and reduce manual work.
Implement and manage integrations with external tools to support marketing campaigns and enhance sales representative performance.
Serve as the go-to resource for all Salesforce-related queries and provide documentation, training, and support to team members.
Enable full funnel sales pipeline visibility to support a data driven sales organization.
Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Develop and implement process workflows to guide team members, enforce platform compliance, and adhere to data governance policies.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and releases, proactively suggesting and implementing improvements.

Required
7+ years experience managing a Salesforce environment for 100+ users in a high-growth company.
Salesforce Administrator certification, advanced certifications are a plus.
You’re analytical, strategic, and always think a step ahead to anticipate business needs and solve complex problems.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), experience with automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder), and familiarity with integrations.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex processes into user-friendly solutions.
You work well independently, manage multiple projects, and proactively seek ways to improve processes and add value.
