Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.

Conduct load, stress, endurance, and volume testing utilizing Apache JMeter.

Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and potential performance risks.

Generate comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Assess Salesforce application performance to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement performance optimizations, including Salesforce Governor Limits, data architecture, and integration enhancements.

Configure and maintain the performance testing environment, including the creation of data models, user loads, and scenarios.

Required

Proven experience in Salesforce Performance Testing

Expertise in Apache JMeter for load and performance testing

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Governor Limits, API usage, and database structures

Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce customization

Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve performance issues

Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and metrics

6+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, with at least 2-3 years focused on performance testing

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs

Preferred

Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, or similar
