Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end product management process, from idea generation to delivery.
Own and prioritize the Salesforce product portfolio sprint backlog.
Lead discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives forward.
Develop user stories and ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
Research solutions and propose features to meet requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive strategic business process improvements.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and manage dependencies.
Advise project leads on change impacts to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for platform optimization to maximize business value.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
8+ years of experience in software development lifecycle.
Experience in enterprise business application management and development.
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager or Consultant roles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
Proficiency in agile methodologies, JIRA, and scrum practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Preferred

Consulting experience preferred; exposure to the healthcare domain is a plus.
Salesforce Certifications are advantageous.
