Responsibilities

Oversee and manage Salesforce projects across multiple Clouds, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines, managing resources to meet priorities.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers, fostering a collaborative culture.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-ones to provide feedback and drive team growth.
Use Copado and other change management tools for release management, ensuring efficient development, testing, and deployment.
Oversee change request processes, tracking tickets, managing escalations, and driving timely completion of tasks.
Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to prioritize tasks, manage sprints, and track progress.
Use Jira and similar tools for project tracking and stakeholder communication.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, creating contingency plans to maintain project timelines and quality.
Ensure Salesforce solutions meet quality and compliance standards, with rigorous testing and quality control throughout the development lifecycle.
Prepare and deliver project status updates, dashboards, and milestone reports for stakeholders.
Maintain documentation, project plans, and roadmaps for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required

Strong experience managing Salesforce projects across multiple Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud).
Expertise with Copado for release management and Jira for Agile tracking.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, driving performance in a collaborative culture.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to quickly address challenges and optimize project outcomes.
5+ years managing large-scale Salesforce projects.
Experience managing Salesforce teams with a track record of successful project delivery.
Hands-on experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies, managing sprints and deliverables.

Preferred

Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or higher (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant).
Ability to effectively lead projects and teams remotely using tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
