Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all releases to production within Salesforce
Coordinate synchronous and on-demand release cycles on the Salesforce platform
Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes
Ensure timely and successful deployment of software releases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize release processes

Required
Extensive experience (5+ years) in enterprise-level platform (Salesforce) and application release management
Depth of understanding of CI/CD release cycles and large-scale deployments
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience implementing and optimizing Salesforce release processes
Must be a certified Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Five or more years of experience in release management in a Salesforce enterprise environment
Certified Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect required
Preferred
Preferred public sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementation experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
