Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role in a Salesforce environment.
Hands-on experience with Copado, including pipeline creation, deployment management, and version control.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, or AutoRabit.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer, or App Builder) and Copado certifications are highly desirable.
