Responsibilities

Define/Refine the Go to market strategy for revenue growth of Globant’s Salesforce Studio.
Drive Salesforce services revenue growth and business success within Globant’s account base in collaboration with Regional Sales Leadership.
Work closely with Salesforce Sales, Partner, Industry and Product teams to drive channel lead flow and opportunity pipeline growth.
Lead Salesforce solutioning definition and requirements generation for project estimates and implementation approaches in collaboration with Salesforce Studio Sales Engineering Teams.
Develop and refine industry offerings and sales plays based on industry point of views and Salesforce cloud solution expertise.
Apply methodology, reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work.
Develop industry focused content creation to drive Salesforce channel and market outreach in collaboration with Globant’s Alliances and Marketing teams.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
More than 10 years of sales experience in IT Services.
More than 7 years of experience with the Salesforce platform is required.
Deep understanding the Salesforce ecosystem and partnership dynamics.
Ability to motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives.
Regularly report on Sales Results -Pipeline Generated, Opportunity Stage progressions, Steps to closing the opportunities, and Revenue Forecasting.
Work closely with Marketing on defining Campaign follow-up and reporting.
Work closely with Executive Leadership Teams from Customer, Partner, and Globant to ensure Pipeline Quality/Quantity and proper follow-up.
Advise Salesforce Studio teams (Solution, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Operations, Staffing) to make recommendations on process improvements.

Preferred

Experience working within a Global System Integrator preferred.
