Responsibilities

Architect & implement security framework for org wide defaults, sharing rules, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, etc based on best practices.

Utilize Shield for encryption and monitoring of user activity in system.

Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, data management, and system customization.

Partner with product and IT security teams to execute on security roadmap.

Partner with Engineering team to build any custom apex sharing into system.

Design and implement data archival strategies.

Implement automation in Salesforce using Flows.

Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Provide training and support for users on Salesforce platform and automation processes.
