Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of a high-quality product

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project efficiency and adherence to established processes

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary

Monitor project progress, report status to stakeholders, and facilitate project reviews

Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns

Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Stay updated with Salesforce development methodologies and provide guidance to the team

Participate in the sales process, providing technical expertise and input
