Responsibilities
Translate strategic business goals into well-architected Salesforce solutions
Lead enterprise-level projects and demonstrate independent judgment
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure data protection
Oversee data modeling design to meet business needs effectively
Review upcoming Salesforce releases and provide insights to the Salesforce team

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Minimum of 7 years of consulting or CRM implementation experience
Experience with Agile methodology
Proficiency in using Apex Data Loader
Participation in Salesforce User Groups and/or Conferences
Preferred
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Solution Architect (can be completed post-hire)
Experience with Person Accounts, Salesforce Government Cloud/Government Cloud Plus, Salesforce Shield
