Responsibilities
Lead the Salesforce practice, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Architect and design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide thought leadership and technical expertise in Salesforce, guiding the development and implementation of best practices.
Provide guidance re: the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the practice.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business development and expand the Salesforce practice.
Collaborate with other practice leaders to identify opportunities for cross practice solutions that differentiate the market and provide exceptional value to customers.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and leadership roles.
Salesforce certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is required. Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are beneficial.
Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and performance optimization in Salesforce.
Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale Salesforce projects.
Results driven and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration technologies.
Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
