Responsibilities
Works across functional teams to enhance existing Salesforce functionality, deliver business critical projects and incremental improvements to enhance user experience, data quality and operational efficiencies.
Provides expert counsel on planned implementation of Health Cloud features and functionality, liaising with stakeholders at all levels, to ensure proposed solutions will meet the unique needs of our organization.
Builds strong working relationships with key stakeholders, act as a consultant to understand their needs and translate business needs into technical requirements or solutions.
Coordinates external Salesforce vendor development work to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and clear development cycle best practices are followed.
Clearly documents technical requirements, processes and solutions; maintains the organization’s Salesforce data architecture, data dictionary and administrative user manuals and guidance documents.
Imports, exports, and maintains data integrity; manages regular data backups and cleansing.
Empowers diverse teams through the development of critical reports and dashboards, leveraging Salesforce’s native reporting solutions or other integrated visualization tools.
Customizes Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields and page layouts.
Leverages Salesforce’s native functionality like validation rules, formula fields and declarative development features like process builders and flows to automate key business processes.
Implements User Management best practices to ensure proper creation, management and deactivation of User profiles and permissions.
Establishes end-user training solutions, and grows the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
Drives platform security architecture, ensuring SSS is leveraging the needed in-Salesforce tools to manage identity, compliance and the protection of sensitive data.
Comprehensively tests updates against requirements, oversees UAT and ensures well-managed communication and delivery of changes in our Salesforce environments; reviews Salesforce, Form Titan and integrated product updates and ensures the SSS Salesforce system is optimized to accommodate updates.
Manages Salesforce.com data feeds and other API integrations.
Stays ahead of emerging tech solutions or third-party integrations that can be layered on top of the organization’s Salesforce environment to improve/build upon current operational capabilities.
Informs and oversees implementation of future-term product roadmap and strategy for multiple Salesforce environments and solutions.
Monitors Salesforce system performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements Salesforce, Form Titan and integrated application updates as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s or master's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information systems (or a related field), project management or general business management. Equivalent Salesforce Administrator experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, practiced in delivering scalable, sustainable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce certification(s) required. (Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Solutions Architect).
Strong knowledge of flows, processes, Lightning components/pages, actions, custom settings, data loader, app builder, complex validation rules, advanced approvals, and formula fields.
Experience building reports and dashboards, leveraging Salesforce’s native reporting and dashboarding solutions or other data visualization tools (ex: Tableau, PowerBI), especially for non-data-experts.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, principles and best practices (ex: Agile).
Health Cloud and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) experience required.
Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, distilling complex technical language into 'layman’s' terms.
Strong metrics orientation with a proven methodology to set achievable goals, regularly measure productivity/progress, and adjust in real-time.
Demonstrated ability to apply logical thought processing to problem solve and recommend solutions.
Decisive, diverse, and dynamic leader with high emotional intelligence and a results-driven bias toward action.
Agile with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills; Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives regarding Salesforce.
Preferred
Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Form Titan and integration with Salesforce/Health Cloud.
