Responsibilities

Lead the overall delivery of Salesforce Solutions including the design and development of the Salesforce application components

Manage project schedule, resources, risks and reporting

Provide overall guidance and serve as an escalation point for the Salesforce development teams members

Support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest Salesforce architecture

Develop implementation plans and roadmap to set the standard for future development and architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security

Required

Strong domain expertise in at least two Salesforce platform applications: Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Shield, Health Cloud, Tableau.

Proven experience in managing highly impactful initiatives in an enterprise environment.

Strong team collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, analytics, and product development tracking systems like Jira.

5+ years of project management in IT industries.

Bachelor's degree.

Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.

Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.

Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Secret security clearance.

US Citizenship

Preferred

Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Business Analyst or other Salesforce certifications, Agile SAFe, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL v4 certifications, or PMP.
