Responsibilities
Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Vlocity tools including Omnichannel, Vlocity Cards, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and Vlocity Integration Procedures.
Develop custom Vlocity components, integration flows, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
Build and maintain Vlocity industry-specific models for different verticals like telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, processes, and triggers to support Vlocity implementations.
Develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components as needed to extend Vlocity capabilities.
Design and implement integration solutions with third-party applications and external systems (e.g., REST, SOAP, and bulk data integrations).
Leverage Vlocity’s Integration Procedures to streamline and automate integration workflows.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and integration testing for all custom solutions and integrations.
Work with QA and testing teams to ensure solutions are bug-free and meet functional requirements.
Work closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and solution architects to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and sprint planning in an Agile environment.
Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment procedures for internal and client use.
Maintain and update knowledge documentation related to Salesforce Vlocity functionality.

Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, etc.)
1-2 years of experience with Salesforce Vlocity (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards)
Strong understanding of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) industry-specific solutions and use cases (Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.)
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP API, web services, middleware)
Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, Salesforce DX)
Preferred
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Vlocity Certified Developer
Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant)
