Responsibilities

Provide technical support, resolve issues, optimizing services and ensuring the availability, performance, and application
Serve as the SME to guide the creation of innovative solutions on time and within cost objectives and provide technical leadership and third level operational support
Ensure service operations, knowledge management, continuous improvement, service level, and availability management are operationalized across the team

Required

Bachelor's Degree
SAP Public Sector Collections & Disbursements (PCSD) IPS510
3-5 years industry/consulting hands on work in SAP FM/GM
Prior experience working with a government agency
Experience in blueprint and build activities for the integration of legacy systems into a Brownsfield SAP environment
Strong knowledge of SAP PSCD/PR/APGL module integration
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP APGL/procurement, collections, and disbursements
Exposure/experience with support project-level FICO certifications/credentialling
Demonstrated successes in project management/delivery

Preferred

Understands HANA Views/Reports
Excellent consulting and customer-facing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Needs to be a strong addition to working teams
Strong aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
Strong skills per SOIL AMS
