Responsibilities

Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development

Support project execution and resource allocation

Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives

Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions

Provide technical assistance to team members

Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments

Help identify and resolve project challenges

Provide BASIS support for projects involving HANA and S/4HANA

Troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems

Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs

Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines

Build credible relationships with peers and clients and continuous professional learning of SAP products

Required

2-4 years plus Experience in SAP Basis administration, including experience in standard SAP procedures such as client copies, database refreshes, patching, transport management, upgrades, and performance tuning of database and SAP applications

Install, configure, maintain(upgrade), and support SAP systems, including but not limited to Solution Manager, ECC, and BW, SRM, CRM, APO, Suite on Hana

Experience with Performance tuning problem analysis for Oracle/Hana databases and SAP instances

Work with SAP and Solution Manager to resolve problems. Configure Start, Default, and Instance Profiles

Provide daily support to the production support team with any technical and performance problems
