Responsibilities

Oversee and manage large-scale SAP implementations across various environments and versions.

Provide support and administration for multiple SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and more.

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring systems are performing optimally and are properly maintained.

Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and system migrations.

Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams, ensuring customer needs are met.

Document processes and present findings/recommendations to both technical teams and customers.

Participate in automating routine SAP maintenance tasks to improve efficiency.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Strong experience with SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, BW/4HANA).

Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Understanding of ITIL practices.

Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
