Responsibilities

Design and develop learning content for SAP Business Analyst courses, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and microlearning resources.

Leverage expertise in SAP Business Analyst concepts, methodologies, and tools to create accurate and up-to-date learning materials.

Incorporate AI technologies and tools into the learning experiences, demonstrating their practical application in the SAP Business Analyst domain.

Collaborate with the SweetRush team to ensure alignment with learning objectives and client expectations.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and SAP Business Analyst technologies to maintain the relevance and currency of learning content.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a strong understanding of SAP modules and applications.

Experience in designing and developing learning content for adult learners.

Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in the SAP Business Analyst domain.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Master's degree in a related field.

Experience in using Gen AI tools ( ChatGPT / Gemini / Copilot / Claude / Watson) and Technologies (SAP Signavio, SAP Analytics Cloud, Agile Project Management, and Prototyping tools) for learning and development.

Experience working in a remote environment.

Certification is not required for this role, but certification can enhance hiring chances.
