Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP CallidusCloud solutions, including SAP Commissions, SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM), and related modules.

Gather and analyze business requirements for commission and incentive compensation processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Design, configure, and test commission rules, incentive plans, and workflows in SAP Callidus to meet business requirements.

Provide end-to-end support during system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment of SAP Callidus solutions with overall business objectives.

Develop and conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for end-users and support teams.

Monitor and troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy and system integrity within SAP Callidus.

Support integration between SAP Callidus and other ERP or CRM systems, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and others.

Stay up-to-date with SAP Callidus best practices, new features, and updates to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
