Responsibilities

Enhancing existing experiences to align with modern digital and web practices to drive engagement and awareness

Create best practices and ensure consistency across all pages in look and feel, grammar, punctuation, brand alignment, graphics, etc

Platform Management: Overseeing the complete content/communication technology ecosystem, including platforms, systems, tools, and SAP Build Workzone

Assisting with coordinating and developing written and visual content for various communication platforms, including newsletters, websites, blogs, and social media

Editing content for grammatical and stylistic consistency, as well as visual and brand uniformity

Writing detailed documentation of internal processes

Leveraging AI in tools, systems, applications to digitize where possible and increase efficiencies in process

Design and develop visual assets in tools like Canva, edit videos in video editing software, input and layout digital courses on our website, and other content production support as needed

Required

You are currently pursuing your studies at, or recently graduated from, a university with a preference for business-related fields marketing, web design, communications, or other related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong attention to detail, especially with grammar, usage, and spelling

Strong storytelling and content organization abilities

Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Familiarity with project management concepts and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Proactive, flexible, and creative with excellent time management skills

Understanding of the corporate world and experience with international virtual environments is a plus
