Responsibilities
Work with Agile PLM, SAP, EBS project team members and stakeholders to understand the structure, format and quality of source system data (Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Paper Documents)
Support migration to and adoption of SAP business processes by mapping current PLM data model to SAP data model
Participate in business requirement sessions and document data migration and transformation business rules
Use data quality analysis to recommend then drive transformation, simplification, and improved control of Inventory and data model in SAP
Interact with various project team members and stakeholders to analyze source dataset and highlight areas of inconsistencies e.g. format, non-standard List of Values, etc.
Performs data analysis to identify the patterns and business rules that can be applied to the source system data as part of the Cleansing effort
Work with process and system SMEs and data owners to verify mapping of source data to SAP system
Write scripts (based on PL/SQL) to automate verification of data migration, data integration and source data cleansing
Advanced Excel is required
Partner closely with data and business teams and support them with high quality reporting and analytics.
Be a champion for data accuracy and consistent reporting.
Expert in writing SQL and familiar with multiple data architecture paradigms (Oracle EBS, GPLM, SAP)
Perform unit testing to ensure complete and accurate migration of source data from Oracle EBS, GPLM into SAP – as per the URS, FRS, Use Case document and standards established through the deliverables.
Prior experience working for Pharma companies will be a plus.
SAP data migration experience is a plus
Draft and finalized scripts for applying source data cleansing
Draft and finalized scripts for verification of complete and accurate dataset – as part of Migration and as well as Integration
Draft and finalized source dataset to be used during User Acceptance Testing and Validation
Document Source and target data maps and data flows
Updated Data Dictionary
Draft and finalized data analysis reports for testing
Collect and analyze data from various sources for migration to SAP system.
Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Work with technical teams to ensure smooth migration of data into SAP system.
Identify and resolve data quality issues during the migration process.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies during the migration process.
Provide guidance and support to end users for data migration-related issues.
Develop and maintain documentation of data migration processes and procedures.
Conduct thorough testing of data migration processes to ensure successful migration.
Identify opportunities to improve data migration processes and procedures.

Familiarity with SAP platform and data migration projects are a plus.
Proficient in SQL, Pl/Sql, Python (Advanced query skills, table structure and relational databases).
Prior experience working for Pharma companies will be a plus.
Good Understanding on Data Quality rules building and maintenance.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams.
Being a highly organized self-starter and having the ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment while still meeting critical milestones.
