Responsibilities
Leadership to the cutover team
Estimating Change requests for Change Control Board review & approval
Working with program analyst and business management team on Integrated Master Schedule
Developing and reviewing variance report
Participating in compliance audits and other related activities and supporting other teams (fielding, implementation and sustainment).
May drive Data Migration effort from Peoplesoft to S/4HANA for financial, supply, and manufacturing data.

Required
Experience in at least 3 End-End SAP Implementation Projects.
6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Data handling.
ETL design and implementation involving extraction and provisioning of data from a variety of legacy systems.
5+ years of strong expertise in Data Migration including extraction transformation cleansing and loading (ETL) from Legacy systems to S4 HANA.
Expertise to handle data provisioning and error handling from various sources.
Ten (10) or more years of ERP Project Management experience in large organizations.
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
Plans and leads major technology assignments.
Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
Experience planning and managing at least two (2) or three (3) complex ERP Cutovers involving multiple applications, business processes.
This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance with the US Federal government.
Preferred
Strong Communication and Organization skills.
Knowledge of and experience with DoE.
