Responsibilities

Lead data migration efforts by creating comprehensive data migration plans at the program level, including cutover plans for loading transactional objects.

Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate steering committee meetings to ensure smooth project execution.

Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure the successful migration of SAP data, addressing any potential data dependencies and impacts of data loads.

Drive mapping sessions for converting source data to target data during the data migration process.

Ensure the effective migration of SAP Master, Sub-Master, and Transactional data.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business requirements.

Utilize ETL tools like Informatica to manage data transformations and migration tasks.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure the success of data migration projects through effective planning and execution.

Required

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP data migration projects, specifically in SAP ERP.

In-depth understanding of SAP Master, Sub-Master, and Transactional data structures.

Expertise in SAP Object Dependency and the impact of data loads on system performance.

Proficient in using ETL tools such as Informatica for data migration and transformation.

Proven ability to manage and lead mapping sessions to convert source data to target data.

Solid experience in developing data migration strategies and plans, ensuring proper execution of cutover processes.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate steering committee meetings and ensure alignment with project goals.

Ability to manage complex data migration tasks in a large-scale SAP ERP environment.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve migration challenges.

Preferred

Experience in leading multiple SAP Data Migration projects from start to finish.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle complex project requirements.
