Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for private cloud customers, addressing technical delivery topics and contractual entitlements related to technical components.
Lead technical delivery and system landscape management as a representative of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).
Act as the single orchestrator for end-to-end service delivery from SAP ECS.
Introduce technical managed services scope, roles, and responsibilities during customer onboarding to strengthen partnerships.
Build strategic technical engagement through service planning, acting as a trusted advisor to deliver core services effectively.
Proactively manage operational security risks, ensuring timely maintenance, compliance reporting, and closure of risk-related items.
Share innovation roadmaps and provide technical safeguarding to customers.
Collaborate with ECS Technical Operations to handle operational topics, including ticket resolution.
Guide customers on critical topics such as business continuity, security, and compliance.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by mitigating issues proactively and managing escalations effectively.
Protect ECS revenue by managing balance statement reviews, supporting contract renewals, and preventing revenue leakage.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, and tools
Hands-on SAP Basis skills with 3-7+ years of SAP Technical Administration experience
2-5+ years in customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting roles
Experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, SAP implementation, and SAP RISE or ECS is a plus
Knowledge of cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure
High proficiency in customer communication and presentations
Strong customer focus, networking, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and work effectively in a virtual, dynamic team environment
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Experience working in international and global virtual matrix organizations
SAP Technical Administration: 3 years (Required)
Thai (Required)
Japanese (Required)
Korean (Required)
Preferred
Certifications in SAP Basis/Application, Project Management, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Knowledge of IT Service Management standards (e.g., ITIL) and methodologies for SAP IT operations
Multilingual candidates fluent in Japanese, Korean, or Thai are highly preferred
