Required

Bachelor Degree

Minimum 8 years of experience

Demonstrated knowledge and success in consulting, designing, implementing, and leading SAP Supply Chain consulting engagements

Experience in improving business processes using SAP Supply Chain solutions including PP for reverse Bill of Materials, Yield Management, MM, Catch Weight Management, and Sales & Delivery

Understanding of common issues in food manufacturing and processing sector, specifically in complex animal protein production

Experience in leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions

Ability to contribute to proposal development efforts

Ability to identify and address client needs

Experience in managing engagements and preparing accurate documents

Proven abilities as a team leader, including workload management, providing feedback, and keeping leadership informed
