Responsibilities
Lead a team of SAP consultants in the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring that project goals are met within the stipulated timelines and budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Provide expert guidance on SAP functionalities, including advising on system enhancements and new features.
Perform regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for system maintenance, upgrades, and data management.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient usage of the SAP system.
Manage risk and resolve issues that affect the SAP project scope, schedule, and quality.
Stay abreast with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP solutions.

Required
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in SAP consulting or a similar role.
Proven experience in leading and managing SAP implementation projects.
In-depth knowledge of SAP software and its functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex system issues.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must have FICO experience
Preferred
SAP certification will be considered an advantage.
