Responsibilities
Analyze defects and work with the business and IT team for defect resolution and implementation of defects.
Convert break fixes that can be converted to small to medium projects.
Support for Multi region is an advantage and working across time zones.
Work with large team for Project Reporting and Defect Management.

Required
At least 3 years of experience in Hybris
At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce / multi-channel commerce
At least 3 years of experience in integrating commerce solutions with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
At least 5 years of experience in Java and spring
At least 5 years of experience in Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) and Multi-Tier Internet Architecture
At least 3 years in Support role (Hypercare and AMS)
At least 3 years with the use of SAP tools (Solman) and ServiceNow.
Preferred
Support for Multi region is an advantage
Working across time zones
