Responsibilities

Implementation of Planning view configuration, Lifecycle management (new product introduction, realignment, like modelling, Statistical modeling, Demand sensing, s / KPI Reporting.

Lead client through statistical forecast analysis of historical sales trends including rolling averages, year over year data, research of demand drivers, and other customer and market related changes.

Utilize s, reports, and other analyses to identify and correct potential outliers.

Consensus demand planning process to integrate multiple sources of information including planned marketing activities, market share information, competitor activities, and channel partner plans required as inputs to the forecasting process which will use both judgment and statistical methods and sources.

Required

15+ years of Supply Chain IT experience in SAP SCM /IBP and SAP ERP technologies.

Experience in managing and delivering large projects with complex IT landscape/architecture.

3+ years of hands-on experience of IBP Demand.

Extensive business process knowledge of demand planning, statistical modeling and forecasting to deliver business process and IT architecture flows.

Experience with data integration of ECC or S/4HANA to IBP through CPI-DS or SDI knowledge a plus.

Having industry exposure to Consumer Products and Retail industries required.

High proficiency in tools used for data analysis such as Excel.

Effective communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to interact with multiple departments and all levels of the organization.

Must be a self-motivated, analytical and independent thinker.

Detail oriented with the ability to work with speed and accuracy.

Excellent problem solving, organization and planning skills.

Results focused.

Bachelors with 15 years or Master degree with at least 8 years of Consumer Products and Retail brand manufacturing industry experience.

SAP IBP Demand hands-on implementation experience.

Thorough knowledge of demand planning processes, techniques, and integrated business planning methodologies.

Exceptional analytical skills.

In-depth project experience in SAP IBP Demand.

Bias towards action, able to synthesize multiple pieces of information and act decisively as needed.
