Responsibilities
Integration Architecture Design: Understanding how to design and implement a robust integration architecture that connects different systems efficiently.
Data Mapping: Ability to map data fields from one system to another accurately to ensure data consistency during integration.
API Development: Expertise in designing and developing APIs to facilitate communication between different systems.
Expertise in integration patterns and middleware technologies.
Familiarity with data formats (cXML, JSON, EDI).
Connectivity Protocols: Knowledge of various communication protocols like EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), HTTP, FTP, SOAP, and REST for data exchange.
Data Transformation: Skills to transform data from one format to another as needed for integration.
Data Quality Management: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the integration process.
Security Protocols: Understanding and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data during integration.
Middleware Technologies: Familiarity with middleware platforms that facilitate communication between different systems.
IPaaS Tools: Proficiency in using cloud-based integration platforms as a service (iPaaS) to streamline integration processes; alongside strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
