Responsibilities

Lead and execute SAP MDG projects, delivering end-to-end implementations, including system setup, front-end design, role configuration, and web service configuration.
Analyze existing SAP MDG ecosystems to identify bottlenecks and provide innovative and viable solutions.
Design and enhance workflow processes, including Traditional, Flexi, and BRF+ workflows, for various business approval scenarios.
Enable real-time data synchronization across multiple systems through effective data replication methodologies.
Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
Provide expert guidance on SAP MDG best practices and ensure smooth implementation and post-go-live support.

Required

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management through SAP.
Successfully delivered 1-2 end-to-end SAP MDG project implementations.
Expertise in SAP MDG workflows, including Traditional, Flexi, and BRF+ designs.
Strong understanding of data replication techniques and methodologies.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Hands-on experience in SAP MDG system optimization and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of industry best practices in master data governance and data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
