Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve both basic and complex issues within SAP MM and SD modules, supporting supply chain business processes.

Provide on-call production support as part of a weekly rotation, ensuring SLA performance in compliance with ITIL and VSIT guidelines.

Identify and implement enhancement opportunities to improve system configuration and processes, ensuring compliance with business objectives.

Collaborate with Functional Architects and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless process integration and alignment.

Develop, test, and implement solution improvements to enhance system stability, usability, and functionality.

Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP for end-to-end integration.

Lead and support global initiatives, working across various time zones.

Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.

Required

8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM configuration and enhancements, including: Inventory Management, Material Ledger, MM-FI, and MM-SD integrations

Advanced process knowledge of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, Subcontracting, and MRP

Cross-functional experience in one or more of the following: Order to Cash (SD), Global Trade Services (GTS), SNC, and warehouse management integrations

Proven track record in on-call production support, analyzing and resolving supply chain issues.

Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with business executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Systems implementation skills, including Requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.

Leadership experience in supporting global initiatives across time zones.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.

Preferred

Industry experience in Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods is a plus.
