Responsibilities
In-depth understanding of SAP PEO and configuration considerations, particularly related to shop floor routing management.
Ability to create and manage operations, operation activities, and link these with components, Production Resources/Tools (PRT), and work instructions.
Proficiency in configuring major assembly production processes.
Knowledge in custom development specific to SAP PEO to tailor solutions according to business needs.
Ability to create and maintain HR qualifications in SAP, supporting roles and capabilities on the shop floor.
Familiarity with integration points between SAP MES and other SAP components such as PP (Production Planning), PS (Project Systems), QM (Quality Management), MM (Materials Management), FI (Financial Accounting), and CO (Controlling).
Knowledge of SAP CAMS (Complex Assembly Manufacturing Solution) and shop floor automation.
Experience with integration of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, Automation Control Systems, and historians.
Familiarity with industry best practices, specifically in Aerospace & Defense, Discrete Manufacturing, Heavy and Complex Industries, and shipbuilding.
Experience in conducting business process workshops and performing detailed analyses to align SAP solutions with business needs.
Interest in learning and understanding DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud) offerings from SAP.
Preferred experience in SAP S/4 HANA projects, indicating up-to-date knowledge of the latest SAP technologies and implementations.
General experience in SAP implementation, demonstrating a track record of participating in full project life cycles.
Ability to conduct workshops and engage with stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in analyzing business processes and aligning them with SAP solutions.
