SAP Product Marketing Manager (US Citizens)

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a content plan that will resonate with the audience, provide lead generation opportunities, and streamline the buying process of our products, including both promotional materials and technical documentation.
Collaborate with the heads of marketing, sales, customer success, content, and design in developing the product marketing strategy and plan.
Consolidate inputs from customers, sales reps, product managers and marketing to identify market opportunities and trends. Carry out competitive research and benchmarking. Synthesize all of this data into a concise and clear product positioning and messaging for different industries and geographies. In addition, ensure that the Cognitus brand is consistent and cohesive within our portfolio, including product branding and logos.
Identify the right customer profile. Collaborate with the marketing team to build the right assets/content and distribute our product messaging through different marketing campaigns & channels. This should include a variety of demand generation efforts, including events, digital advertising, social selling, PPC, SEO, partnerships, backlinking, etc.
Enable the global sales team to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our product portfolio. Train & coach them on our product positioning, messaging, ideal customer profile, industry specific use-cases, demo flow and competitive differentiations. Create specific assets such as slide decks, verticalized product demo setup, videos, competitive battlecards etc.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success. Own new product launches, and drive product adoption through digital communications and 1 on 1 personal interactions.
Apply your experience in both B2B and B2C marketing design to drive our brand's success – including a cross-platform consistent approach (for example, website, SAP landing pages, SAP app store, partner pages, events, etc.).
Oversee all aspects of product digital marketing, including organic and paid social media growth, content creation, and management of brand touchpoints (website, packaging, product catalogue, brand presentation, pop-up shops).
Strong skills, for product analysis, competitive analysis, and market dynamics. Strong ability to synthesize marketing data, iterate, run experiments, and optimize rapidly.

Required
5+ years of experience, most of it within SAP product marketing.
Hands-on & verifiable experience of having driven product positioning, product demand gen, GTM strategies, sales enablement, and adoption in a B2B and B2C company.
