Responsibilities

Participate in all testing phases of the software development life cycle, with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA environments.

Adhere to test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure software quality meets organizational standards and project timelines.

Participate in the development, and execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance tests.

Work closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that testing aligns with project goals and deliverables.

Implement industry best practices for software testing, continuous improvement of processes, and quality metrics.

Ensure all defects are properly documented, tracked, and resolved.

Collaborate with SAP Technical and Functional teams to identify and resolve testing challenges specific to SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA modules.

Required

Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, with strong knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance principles.

Minimum of 5+ years of software system testing experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing services.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA environments, with a deep understanding of SAP functionality, and testing tools.

Experience executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases for large, complex enterprise systems.

Experience with SAP-specific testing tools (e.g., SAP Test Workbench, HP ALM, UFT, or similar).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s Degree – Required

Candidates must be US Citizens / Green Card Holders due to background check / clearance process.

Candidates must be able to travel to Tallahassee, FL on occasion.
