Responsibilities
Serve as the SAP S/4HANA QM lead, aligning quality operations with industry best practices.
Develop and manage IT reporting capabilities for quality metrics and KPIs.
Configure, design, build, and deploy SAP QM solutions that meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document technical specifications and integrate solutions.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements proactively.
Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Lead testing activities, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
Provide end-user support through training and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations, including GXP, GAMP, and SOX standards.
Stay informed about emerging SAP technologies and evaluate their strategic business impact.

Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst with expertise in S/4HANA QM modules.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Quality Management, transportation processes, and integration with third-party systems.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2022+ and FIORI applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in process modeling and iterative development practices.
Knowledge of Life Sciences industry standards and regulatory requirements.
