Responsibilities

Independently handle and resolve inquiries from national and international users related to the SAP SD module and Order to Cash process OTC.

Transfer message files between the D2D user's mailbox and the WebAS inbound directory.

Analyze customer requirements and incident reports.

Within L2 support scope configure and customize SAP SD solutions based on business needs.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless support reflecting IT organization and responsibilities.
