Responsibilities
Lead and execute SAP Security Design (Fiori, Application and Hana) - including analysis of business requirements, review and audit of existing systems, definition of the solution, and translation into detailed programming design
Lead and oversee SAP security implementation projects, ensuring successful execution and integration
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to design comprehensive blueprints
Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver solutions and constantly improve the quality of deliverables
Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports
Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals

Required
A minimum of eight years of end-to-end SAP Security experience
Expertise in SAP Security with at least 5 full-lifecycle implementation projects
Hands on SAP Security design, building, testing, defect resolution and post-production support experiences
Hands on S/4 HANA Security migration experience
Experience with Fiori Launchpad
Team-lead experience
Experience with planning and leading implementation workshops
Knowledge of project methodologies like Activate and Agile
Knowledge of S/4 HANA
Flexibility and adaptability - our consultants work on everything from design to hands-on configuration and can stretch into new roles
Willingness to support both project-based work as well as application-managed services (AMS)
Thorough client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present and write at a publication-quality level to communicate findings and recommendations
4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
