Responsibilities
Work as PTP Architect to effectively design, propose and implement Direct and Indirect Procurement solutions.
Evaluate between technological changes or potential threats and propose strategies.
Adopt knowledge of the pharmaceutical business to fit the best solutions.
Work with affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, GPL's and stakeholders, External Vendors and Purchasing team to achieve the goals of the organization.
Configure & Customize PR and PO release strategy, account determination, PO confirmations and Release procedures, Consignment, Outline Agreements and Sub-Contracting.
Configure & Customize Material master data and vendor master data for the purchasing (business partners, and account groups for different partners), source list, info records and pricing,
Configured automatic and manual account determination, split valuation, invoice verification.
Configured Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) with MRP groups, MRP controller, MRP types.
Designed system settings for Invoice Verification transactions for automatic postings to G/L accounts, tolerance limits, framework orders and ERS.
Monitored EDI processes between SAP and other applications and provided resolution on IDOC errors.
LSMW knowledge
Configured and customized Indirect procurement processes in SAP SRM, Fiori, External Catalogs
Configured Procurement business processes (Self-service procurement, Pan Driven Procurement, Catalog management).
Experience in Supplier collaboration and Supplier management.
Customized and configured Indirect Sourcing procurement process.
SRM Shopping cart and Purchase Order workflow configuration and error handling expertise
Invoice workflow management between SAP systems
Implemented procurement processes with FI integration (Accounting and Project Systems)
Customized and configured Procurement 2-way and 3-way match business scenarios
Configured External Catalog integration with SAP systems
Integrate Requisition processing between SAP, Non-SAP and PI systems.
Customize Invoice management (Service, payment blocks) between SAP ECC and SAP SRM
Experience in SAP BW (reports) integration with SAP ECC and SAP SRM
Hands-on with design and develop custom requirements in SRM and Fiori
SAP Solution manager, Release management and HP-Application Life Cycle Management.
