Responsibilities

Be the product owner on the SAP Agile Value Scrum Team, representing the interests of Siemens Mobility Customer Services and business and projects.
Responsible for increasing value of the product and ensuring its alignment with customer and partner needs.
Support the implementation, testing and training of the business processes that are supported by the SAP team.
Actively participate in the Siemens 3is improvement program and drive implementation of improvements from the team.
Implement safe systems and controls within your area of responsibility
Monitor compliance to meet internal control procedures and take appropriate corrective action.

Required

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience delivering ECC SAP modifications, enhancements and interfaces using modules defined.
A technical understanding of the ECC SAP system and how to configure it.
Ability to prioritize multiple user requirements on complex systems.
Excellent partner and user management skills.
Excellent knowledge of IT systems.
Strongly demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization skills, able to prioritize and plan own time in line with department requirements.

Preferred

Experience of material and stock management systems and supporting finance and other information systems in a rolling stock environment.
Demonstrated strategic awareness to make a connection between your daily tasks and the overall strategic goals of IT operations.
Experience in a rolling stock maintenance organization highly desirable.
