Responsibilities
System Maintenance: Maintain and update payroll system configurations, including pay structures, deductions, and benefits.
Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and ensure the company’s payroll practices are compliant.
Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees and management.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR and payroll staff on the use of SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
Proficiency in data management and reporting.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address payroll-related inquiries.
Experience in providing training and support to staff.
