Responsibilities
Research and analyze basic and complex issues related to SAP supply chain business processes and systems.
Participate in an on-call production support rotation to address high-severity technology issues.
Maintain SLA performance according to ITIL and VSIT guidelines.
Identify opportunities to enhance and standardize processes and system configurations while ensuring compliance with business goals.
Collaborate with Functional Architects and cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, leveraging SAP MM (primary) and SD (secondary) capabilities.
Develop, prototype, test, and implement solution improvements to enhance system stability, usability, and functionality.
Understand and support interactions between SAP and non-SAP business systems.
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
8+ years of experience with SAP MM configuration and enhancements, including: Inventory management, material ledger, MM-FI, and MM-SD integrations.
Deep knowledge of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, Subcontracting, and MRP.
Cross-functional experience in one or more areas: Order to Cash (SD), Global Trade Services (GTS), SNC, and warehouse management integrations.
Proven leadership in global initiatives across various time zones.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences using prototypes, business presentations, or executive communication.
Expertise in systems implementation, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, both oral and written.
Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Retail or Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry experience is a plus.
Must have hands-on configuration and production support experience in SAP MM (Primary) and SD (Secondary).
Experience in on-call support role analyzing basic and complex issues surrounding SAP MM, SD modules and associated Supply Chain business processes.
Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
Preferred
SAP MM including Inventory management, material ledger, MM-FI and MM-SD integrations.
Strong and in-depth configurations and process knowledge of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, Subcontracting and MRP.
Cross functional experience in one or multiple of the following areas: Order To Cash (SD), Global Trade Services (GTS), SNC and integrations with.
