Responsibilities
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives.
Develop, document, and deliver training plans, materials, and online modules aligned with project goals.
Implement and manage a "Train-the-Trainer" program, including creating instructor guides and providing ongoing support.
Deliver training sessions in-person, virtually, and through self-paced e-learning formats.
Provide post-training support, including answering queries and conducting refresher courses.
Develop e-learning modules integrated with SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring error-free functionality and ease of access.
Ensure training attendees gain the skills and knowledge needed to operate the new system effectively.
Prepare training reports and track attendee progress.

Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training for high-volume contact centers.
A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training for SAP S/4 HANA systems.
Expertise in developing e-learning content using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Moodle.
Strong ability to translate complex technical processes into user-friendly training materials.
